Cancellation and Replacement Policy

1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact us immediately at info@laparaneza.com.
After Dispatch: If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then follow our Refund and Returns Policy.
2. Replacements for Defective Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Warranty: Most of our products (Audio Interfaces, Keyboards, PA Systems) come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty (usually 1 year).
Process: If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, send us an email at info@laparaneza.com. We will arrange for a pickup of the faulty unit and dispatch a replacement free of charge.
3. Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong product (e.g., a Dynamic Mic instead of a Condenser Mic), please contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you immediately and collect the incorrect one.
