Refund and Returns Policy

At Laparaneza.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Period

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Unopened Items: Full refund.

  • Opened Items: Must be in “like-new” condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. A restocking fee may apply.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and software licensing reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

    • In-ear monitors and earbuds.

    • Microphones (if used close to the mouth/face).

    • Software with activated license keys.

    • Digital downloads.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email info@laparaneza.com with your Order Number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  3. Ship the item back to our Ajman Free Zone address or drop it off at our office.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card or Bank Transfer).

  • Credit Cards: Please allow 5-15 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, faulty product), we will pay the return shipping costs.

  • If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
