Delivery and Shipping Policy

At Laparaneza.com, we understand that when you order professional audio gear, you need it fast and you need it to arrive safely. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery timelines, and costs.
1. Delivery Locations
We primarily ship to customers within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the GCC region.
Domestic: All seven emirates (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah).
International: We can arrange shipping to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar. Please contact us for a custom quote on heavy items like PA Systems or Line Arrays.
2. Shipping Costs
UAE Standard Delivery: Flat rate of AED 20 on orders under AED 500.
Free Shipping: We offer FREE Delivery on all UAE orders over AED 500.
Store Pickup: Free of charge. You can collect your order from our Ajman Free Zone warehouse.
3. Delivery Timelines
We strive to get your gear to you as quickly as possible.
Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed Sunday – Thursday before 12:00 PM are dispatched the same day.
Standard Delivery (UAE): 1 – 2 Business Days.
Next-Day Delivery: Available for select locations (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman) for orders placed before the cutoff.
Note: Delivery times may vary during public holidays or high-volume sales periods.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can follow the journey of your microphones, mixers, or monitors until they reach your doorstep.
5. Store Pickup (Click & Collect)
If you prefer to pick up your gear directly, select “Store Pickup” at checkout.

Collection Hours: Monday – Sunday, 09:00 – 19:00.
What to bring: Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID (Emirates ID or Passport).
6. Damaged or Missing Items
We pack our sensitive electronic equipment (such as condenser microphones and tube amps) with extreme care. However, if your order arrives damaged or if items are missing:
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Email photos of the damage and your order number to info@laparaneza.com.
We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Refund and Returns Policy

At Laparaneza.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Period
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Unopened Items: Full refund.
Opened Items: Must be in “like-new” condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. A restocking fee may apply.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and software licensing reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
In-ear monitors and earbuds.
Microphones (if used close to the mouth/face).
Software with activated license keys.
Digital downloads.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Email info@laparaneza.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Ship the item back to our Ajman Free Zone address or drop it off at our office.

4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card or Bank Transfer).
Credit Cards: Please allow 5-15 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, faulty product), we will pay the return shipping costs.
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Cancellation and Replacement Policy

1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact us immediately at info@laparaneza.com.
After Dispatch: If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then follow our Refund and Returns Policy.
2. Replacements for Defective Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Warranty: Most of our products (Audio Interfaces, Keyboards, PA Systems) come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty (usually 1 year).
Process: If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, send us an email at info@laparaneza.com. We will arrange for a pickup of the faulty unit and dispatch a replacement free of charge.
3. Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong product (e.g., a Dynamic Mic instead of a Condenser Mic), please contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you immediately and collect the incorrect one.
