Apogee Electronics Symphony I/O Mk II Overview
The ultimate music-production centerpiece for any modern commercial, project, or personal studio, the Apogee Electronics Symphony Mk II Thunderbolt + Pro Tools HD Plus / Dante Interface with Two 16×16 SE Modules is designed to deliver high-performance A/D and D/A conversion at up to 192 kHz, for mixing and mastering engineers using a thunderbolt system. The two included 16×16 SE I/O modules offer stunning dynamic range with low distortion and noise for mastering-grade sonic quality. The system is Dolby Atmos ready.
This configuration gives you a total of 32 analog inputs on four DB-25 connectors, plus 32 analog outputs on four DB-25 connectors. You also get four channels of S/PDIF I/O via RCA connectors. The chassis utilizes USB-C (Thunderbolt) connectivity for high-speed data transfer rates and compatibility with your computer, DigiLink connectivity to your Pro Tools HD hardware, and Dante connectivity to your Dante network. Its front-panel presents a TFT touchscreen display, multifunction control knob, and convenient 1/4″ stereo headphone output.
